Per Efruze Simorg Company was established in 2011 as per current Iranian Laws as a corporation of Ahad Berkin and his two brothers. The company, which has the structure of engineering according to its articles of association, is established for the purpose of building and construction works. The company started out aiming the construction of dams, roads, and etc. when it was established. The company stopped and postponed its activities at that time for some negativities in Iran’s economy and for some other reasons. When said problems (embargoes and etc.) were on the verge of solution, the partners decided to reactivate the company again in 2014, and they came into contact with authorities to construct Wind Energy Facilities in Iran as the first activity of the company.
