“ENYA” was established in 2006 by Ahad Berkin and Cem Işıl.
Founding partners, Ahad Berkin and Cem Işıl, are working together in energy sector since 1994. Founders, in their professional careers before 2006, undertake technical and administrative duties in investment companies of energy sector both in Turkey and internationally, and performed technical, engineering, contractual and administrative duties in realization of energy projects.
Among the most notable successes of said period of time, along with the investigation of a large number of projects in terms of investment opportunities, completion of investments and commercial operation of four hydroelectric facilities, among the first energy projects of Turkey realized by private investors, and gaining investment rights of one of the biggest hydroelectric facilities of Turkey must be mentioned.
Recently ENYA was shortlisted in the companies from whom Technical Consultancy service is requested for the procedures of conveying of ADUAS valuing US $ 510millions, by two banks, out of the biggest banks of Turkey, and appointed as Mandated Lead Arranger by Zorlu Holding for financing of the said procedures. We hope to be one of the contributing parties of the said very important privatization conveyancing with our experience and expertise both in energy production projects and in privatization projects.
