Per Efruze Simorg Company was established in 2011 in Iran as per current Iranian Commercial Laws as a corporation of Ahad Berkin and his two brothers. The company, which has the structure of engineering according to its articles of association, is established for the purpose of building and construction works.
At the beginning, we set forth the target of infrastructure and superstructure engineering and construction works in Iran. However, attempts were made to construct wind energy facilities as per the energy production license obtained in 2014. Currently, procedures of permission and licensing for Turkish and other foreign energy investors are completed and a portfolio is established. As the embargoes are lifted, partnerships, particularly with Turkish companies, gain momentum.
Today, the company enriches its energy portfolio, explores different mining fields primarily gold and copper in terms of investment opportunities, and assesses construction opportunities, primarily constructions of energy plants.
